TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring if providing a bank statement that is not from their salary account, along with their other valid documents and an existing Indian visa, could affect their eligibility for a Thai tourist visa. Comments suggest that it should not be a problem, especially if there are sufficient funds in the account.

Shouldn't be a problem. As long as your saving has been in during 6 months in the bank
