I am living with my husband in Bangkok with exemption visa for 30 days. My husband is studying in University and already has ED visa. I would like to ask that Is it possible for me to apply for spouse visa in Thailand without come back to my country ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Vietnamese woman living in Bangkok with a 30-day exemption visa seeks advice on applying for a spouse visa without returning to Vietnam, as her husband holds an ED visa for studying at a university. Community members advise that applying for a trailing spouse visa from within Thailand is generally not allowed, and suggest obtaining necessary documentation from the university and visiting the Thai embassy or consulate in Vietnam to apply for the visa.
collect all the documents you need from the university, get your Vietnamese marriage certificate, collect signed by him copies of his passport, the visa page, and all other documents, copies signed by him in blue ink (!), and fly to either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. There at the Thai embassy/consulate, you can apply for the "trailing spouse visa" as a dependent of your husband
It's usually not possible to get a trailing spouse visa in the country. The only nearby consulate that will do it for retirement extension is Penang. It may be the same for University education visa. Have you tried asking the University? You'll need documentation from them and their support.
at the moment I am still waiting for my husband’s university document so that I could probably apply for spouse visa. But I want to make sure that can I apply this type of visa in Thailand or not ^^~. Thanks for your help.
