Quick question fellow members. Do we need to file TM30 if we live in a condo or it is specifically for houses?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 form, which is a notification of residence for foreigners, is required regardless of whether you live in a condo or a house. Any residence where a foreigner stays should have this filed by the property owner or leaseholder.
