TLDR : Answer Summary
When your visa is approved through the Thai consulate in the USA, you will only receive an electronic visa in the form of a PDF file sent to your email. There are no hard copies mailed to you. You can also log back into the e-visa system to download and print the document if needed.

The only thing you'll receive is your visa as a pdf document which will be sent via email. You can also get it by logging back into the e-visa system and printing it from there.
