I am in Cape Verde. The nearest embassy is in Senegal. The website automatically selects Dakar for application submission.

My question is whether I can apply from Cape Verde under these conditions or if I have to travel to Senegal. Thank you for your insights.

a Short visit to their website learn that they use the E-Visa website BUT payments has to be done in CASH at the Embassy.
