My Visa approved UK Thai embassy straight forward just asked for extra documents.

Print the PDF certificate and approval email off to travel as nothing was said on email as what next step is ?

Employment contract, Letter from my manager saying I was allowed to work digitally in Thailand (make sure this is actual letter and take a photo of it, they rejected a email), Photo with address on I just used my driving licence and Photo of you face I just took selfie. They give you a few options to upload different documents in each section so do whats best for you.

Download and save the PDF that's attached to the email and print it out.

don't need the email the PDF file came in

just print that PDF as it is your visa

hand it and your passport to the officer when you stamp in

when you get them handed back make SURE they stamped you in for 180 days and the entry stamp is coded DTV (usually they write eVisa too)
