My daughter and I are here on an Ed and Guardian extension of stay. I plan on going to Chaeng Wattana on August 3rd because my daughter is moving from one sponsoring school to another (i.e. cancel old extension of stay and apply for new one) . Coincidentally, our 90 day check in deadline is August 11th. By going into immigration for this, am I effectively doing a 90 day or do I still have to fill out a new TM.47?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether their visit to Chaeng Wattana to cancel and apply for an extension due to their daughter's change of school counts as a 90-day check-in or if a new TM.47 form needs to be filled out.
