ORIGINAL POSTER
Hi All, we have wntered on 90 day non-immi Visa, looking to extend for 12 months. In the meantime we have moved from an Airbnb to a rental property, which is now our permanent place of residence.

Question is do we need to advise immigration with a TM28 given we are not on a 12 month extension as yet?

Advice thoughts etc are welcomed

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on whether they need to notify immigration using a TM28 form after moving to a new permanent residence while on a 90-day Non-Immigrant Visa, especially since they are considering extending their visa for 12 months.
