Hallo everybody,

I was/am here in Thailand on a non O retirement extension valid until June 2023.

The thing is, I have been away to the Netherlands for 3 months because of family circumstances……

Of course I had a re entry permit , so to come back to TH was no problem ( I came back September 27 ), and now after a visit to my Thai family , I came back to Samui, which is basically my residence in TH.

The question is in short…

Do I need to report myself with the immigration here that I was out and back in..?

Does my landlord have to state I am back at the old adres..?

Thanks in advance for your advice..

With regards

Rob

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, Rob, is asking whether he needs to report his return to Thailand after being away for three months due to family circumstances, and if his landlord must register him again as residing at the old address after his return.

Because of how long you were gone, yes, the landlord has to register you again.
