Do I need to report my return to my serviced apartment in Rayong after a short trip to Pattaya?
Took a three month lease on a serviced apartment in Rayong. They have done the TM30 all good with the world. Put the question to them: if I traveled to Pattaya for a short holiday and checked into a hotel, that hotel would do a TM30. Asked if when I return to my apartment which I still am leasing would they do a TM30 to say I was back. They said they did not have to because I have not finished my three month lease and checked out. I asked if they were sure and they checked with the manager who confirmed. So is this correct?? Or do I have to make a trip to immigration?
