Hi, I’m on a DTV and have long term accomadation here in Thailand, I left the country early July for around a week at the 180 day point and came back in. Was it necessary to inform my condo management team so they could submit a new TM30.

Reason I ask is that I’m trying to register as the new owner of a motorbike and believe that I need a cert of residence, if I go to immigration to get will this be a problem? Thanks in advance.
Answer summary
The user is currently on a DTV visa in Thailand and is inquiring whether it is necessary to inform their condo management about their re-entry into Thailand for the submission of a new TM30 form. The comments reveal that it is generally required to file a new TM30 form every time a person leaves the country and returns, even if it is to the same address. Several commenters emphasize the importance of ensuring that the TM30 is submitted before obtaining a certificate of residence, which is necessary for registering a motorbike.

Yes, get them to do it now. It's meant to be done within 24 hours but you have them do it now. As long as it is done BEFORE you go to get the residence cert you should be fine.

By their official information, unless your TM30 had an end date, it is not necessary to file TM30 again if you go to same accomodation.

Not just country. Any time you stay outside your condo, where are registered by the host (usually only hotels) you need a new tm30 from your condo when you arrive back

Every time you re-enter Thailand, you receive a new permission to stay, so you need a new TM30. However, some offices waive this requirement

Yes. Everytime you leave the country, even if you are returning to the same address, you need a new TM30.
