Just got back from my Vientiane visa run. All went smooth. Hopefully next time I'll do the run with no assistance. I have 2 questions though. When I get back to my apartment in Chiang Mai. Should I go on the next day to immigration to report where Im staying?I It's still the the same rented condo and the owner reported me 1 month ago when I signed the contract.

My 2nd question is regarding the non b. I'm applying for a non b maybe 1 month from now since a school wants to employ me. Can I do the non b in Vientiane again? What documents are required.

Many thanks for the help in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about residence reporting to immigration after returning to Chiang Mai from a visa run to Vientiane, and seeks guidance on applying for a Non-B visa as a teacher. Responses advise the user to file a new TM.30 form with the immigration office in Chiang Mai, confirming that the property owner had previously reported their residence. For the Non-B visa application, it's noted that they can apply in Vientiane provided they meet the requirements outlined by the Thai embassy.

As far as a B visa from Vientiane, you can use them for it as long as you meet the requirements posted on their website for the Non-B visa.

Here's the info in english for a Non-B as a teacher

Is it a problem that all my diplomas and certificates are from Lebanon? While my passport is Venezuelan?...note that all my diplomas and certificates are certified by the Thai embassy in Lebanon

You should go to the immigration office at the Promenada Mall and file a new TM.30, or update the receipt you have in your passport.
