TLDR : Answer Summary

Have them click the appropriate tab for the Non-B visa they'd be getting and meet those requirements. The K/L consulate is no nonsense <- meaning you meet the requirements you get the visa, if you don't you don't.

How about you narrow that down some and state what it is you're going to be doing here that requires a Non-B?

Okay it's not for and MD or owner and it is for a profession other than teaching. It's not for me. It's for a friend who would prefer to go to K.L. rather than Penang.

by that I mean,

are you the managing director or owner of a company?

are you going to be teaching here?

are you engaged in a profession other than teaching?

did your company suggest you go to K/L for the 90 day Non-B visa?
