What should I know about doing a border bounce from Satun, Malaysia, and late filing of a 90-day report in Thailand?

Anyone with any experience of:

1. Border bounce to get a fresh 180 days (Satun Malaysia)

2. Filing 90 day report late. Tried to file on time, told that for DTV I need. TM30. Landlord then took ages to get me a TM30. I understand its a 2k baht fine.

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice about performing a border bounce at Satun, Malaysia, to obtain a fresh 180 days and the implications of filing their 90-day report late due to delays in obtaining a TM30 from their landlord. Responses indicate that border bounces are feasible, with some noting fees and stay requirements. Regarding the late 90-day report, advice suggests it's better to focus on the border bounce and filing the next report on time, as fines for late filing are the same regardless of how late one is.

If you're already past the 7 day grace period on the TM47, just don't do it. The fine is the same whether it's 8 days late or 8 months late. Just do your border bounce and your next 90-day report on time. There's a 50% chance they don't notice you missed this report. Otherwise they'll fine you at that time.

I've used that border a few times to border run but not with a DTV, I did it while on a multi entry tourist visa and also visa exempt stamps. It's a good border, very easy going but there is a border fee. If you don't want to pay they will tell you that you have to stay in Malaysia for 3 days before coming back. It doesn't cost much ✅
