What are the visa requirements after obtaining a DTV for an expat in Thailand?
Once we get the DTV, do we need to do another visa things beside 90 day report? Or we get visa and thats it and just showing up immigration to report 90 day?

That's pretty much it, but just ensure that your landowner/landlord files a TM30 when you take up residence.

180 days or before you need to leave or renew, taking a weekend outside of country is often adviced because easier.
