TLDR : Answer Summary
After obtaining a DTV (Digital Tourist Visa), you are primarily required to report your address every 90 days. However, you must also ensure that your landlord completes a TM30 form upon your arrival. Additionally, you will need to either leave the country or renew your visa every 180 days.

That's pretty much it, but just ensure that your landowner/landlord files a TM30 when you take up residence.

180 days or before you need to leave or renew, taking a weekend outside of country is often adviced because easier.

And i think you need to exit every 180 day
