Renewing a 60 d TR Visa at Jomtien for another 30 d.

I have copies of Passport page, Visa, stamp, photo and TM-6 & TM-7 forms.

But unclear whether I need to provide evidence of where I am staying (TM-30)?

Currently in a hotel in Pattaya.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When renewing a 60-day Tourist Visa (TR Visa) in Jomtien, you will need to provide proof that a TM-30 form has been filed, which shows your place of stay. This is required alongside other documents such as copies of your passport, visa, stamp, and other relevant forms.
