Do I need to provide evidence of where I am staying (TM-30) when renewing a 60-day TR Visa in Jomtien?

Renewing a 60 d TR Visa at Jomtien for another 30 d.

I have copies of Passport page, Visa, stamp, photo and TM-6 & TM-7 forms.

But unclear whether I need to provide evidence of where I am staying (TM-30)?

Currently in a hotel in Pattaya.
