I get a NON-O wedding visa on the 16th of September with 400,000 THB in bank at Chiang Mai Immigration valid until the 14th of December.
I came back on the 5th of November to get the 1 year NON-O visa with the 400,000 THB in bank since the 15th of September and I get a stamp valid until the 13th of January when I must come back to get a stamp for 11 more months. The immigration will come soon in order to check with a neighbor that I live at the address I gave with my wife.
My question is do I have to keep the 400,000 THB in bank until the 13th of January.
Thanks for your help.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user obtained a NON-O wedding visa and extended it with a requirement to maintain 400,000 THB in their bank account. They are inquiring whether they need to keep the funds in the account until the next immigration check in January. The recommendation from a comment indicates that the funds must remain untouched for the entire duration of the application process with Thai Immigration.
