If I want a re-entry for my visa, do I need to make it at the immigration office where my visa was issued? My visa was issued in Bangkok, but I live in Nakhon Pathom.

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can obtain a re-entry permit at any immigration office where you have a TM30 filed, including in Nakhon Pathom, or at the airport, such as Suvarnabhumi Airport, regardless of where your visa was originally issued.

If you have a TM30 filed in NP then you should be fine getting a re-entry permit there, or alternatively you could get it at the airport.

I know about the airport, but prefer to do it before just incase there are any problems. Thank you.

I did in on Suvarnabhumi dozen of times (both single and multiple), never had a problem and never waited more than 10 minutes. Just have everything prepared (filled up the TM.8 form, photo 4x6 cm,
