Where can I submit my 90-day report for a DTV visa in Bangkok?

I want to apply for the 90days report with DTV visa for the first time.

My TM30 was issued in Lat Krabang,Bangkok and I would like to know where I can submit it.

Do I need to go to the immigration office in person?

If so, how can I find the office location?

Please advise. Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for your first 90-day report with a DTV visa, you need to go in person to the immigration office that handles your registered address, which in your case, is at Chaeng Wattana in Bangkok. You can also submit it by mail, but it must be posted 15 days before the due date. Your TM30 issued in Lat Krabang confirms your location.
