Regarding re-entry permit when leaving the country: do children who are “following” a parent on a non o visa need one? Or just the parent? Thank you :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
Children following a parent on a NON-O visa also need a re-entry permit especially if they have an extension of stay that requires 90-day reporting to immigration. This ensures that their admitted stay period remains valid when leaving the country.
