Can I get a re-entry permit on a 60-day extension of my Non-O visa while traveling to Singapore for a course?

My single non-o expires on 6th February so I will get the extension before this date but I need to go to Singapore for 3-4 days on the 5th February for a works course and a new medical so my question is can you get a re-entry permit on the 60 day extension of the non-o?.... thanks in advance.
