I have a question. Coming Tuesday I will be leaving from Thailand to Malaysia and return back the next day. As DTV holder do I need to fill TDAC form and if yes, what should I fill in departure date and flight info? Cuz I don’t know yet. It will be in next 6 months.

Yes you need to file DTAC, and no you don’t need to put in your departure date. Just make should you put in your DTV number

Every person without a Thai passport needs to fill in a TDAC for each and every entry into the kingdom.

The TDAC form is prepared WITHIN THE 3 days prior to your arrival into Thailand. Not before. Filing it is FREE. AVOID THE SCAM WEBSITES which charge a fee.
