Good afternoon everyone! I need help filling out the TDAC form. Under the flight details heading, do I need to include any stopovers or just the departure and arrival dates? Thank you for your help. Have a nice day.
Answer summary
When filling out the TDAC form, you should only include the flight details for the arrival segment that lands in Thailand, while the departure information can be left blank. If there are stopovers, only the last leg of the flight to Thailand should be specified.

I put my UK flight number because that's where I'm coming from. I didn't put the flight no. for transit because my flight didn't originate there. Also, we had a delay and my second leg flight number was changed anyway.

same with "visa number" . . . . . it is not a required field. And if you have a stopover, it always is the last flight leg and its flight number you need to fill out

if you have a DTV, make sure you put the number in the Visa box!

You put the arrival flight for Thailand. The last segment that actually lands in Thailand.
For departure, leave it blank, it's not required. But if you accidentally touch any of the fields, it will all become mandatory to fill out.
