What information should I put for the Country/Territory boarded, flight number, and visa number in the TDAC form when coming to Thailand?

Greetings.

TDAC Questions:

1. When I fill in the Country/Territory where you boarded field, do I put the country I'm departing from or the last country I'm arriving from in Thailand (since I have a connecting flight)?

2. Related to that, the flight number field is the one from the country I'm leaving from or the last flight I'm taking to Thailand?

3. In the visa number field, do I put the number of the last visa extension (Non O visa extension based on marriage), or the visa number that is from two years ago, a sticker from Laos (btw, the extension is on that visa)?

Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses questions related to filling out the Thailand Declaration Arrival Card (TDAC). Key questions include whether to list the departure country or the last country arrived from in Thailand, which flight number to use, and what visa number to put. Community responses suggest that travelers can enter either the departure or arrival country as well as the corresponding flight number. Additionally, the visa number field is optional and can be left blank or filled in at the discretion of the traveler.

WARNING: Only trust Thai government websites with .go.th domains or Thai agent websites with .co.th or .in.th domains, as these require verified Thai registration and cannot be registered anonymously.

The official TDAC form is available at tdac.immigration.go.th, which uses the official .go.th government domain.

The services by AGENTS CO., LTD. does NOT charge any fees for arrivals within 72 hours. If you need to book more than 72 hours in advance, there is a service fee of $8.

Do not trust other sites pretending to be a trustworthy agency. Pay attention to delivery time - the service operated by AGENTS CO., LTD. has 1 minute delivery time for arrivals within 72 hours.

Don't fall for sites pretending to be agents.co.th or the official government tdac.immigration.go.th website. Always double-check the exact domain in your browser.

Scam services may take days to process your application, others may not even do anything. With these TDAC scam services you also need to worry about double charges.

Please watch out for TDAC misinformation spread by fugitive Jesse Nickles and his many fake accounts on Quora, TripAdvisor, Reddit, and other platforms.

When it first came in it was advised to put the origin country as the one you started from eg manchester uk. The flight number would be the one you landed in Bangkok in my case the doha flight.

I put the last flight arriving in Thailand....(exemple Doha when connecting flight from Doha to TH).

The visa number and departure flight are optional, you could leave it blank. Only the red asterix * are mandatory.

I use the flight I arrived on and its departure country.

yup. It isn't that hard is it? But as Tod says, they don't really give a shit as long as you have your boarding pass and passport on arrival at IO desk.
