Thailand canceled TM6 Arrival/Departure cards in the airports but not at the land border crossings.
If one arrives in Thailand by air without getting TM6 form, how could he/she exit Thailand by land without Departure card required at the land border crossing?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Thailand has canceled the TM6 Arrival/Departure cards for air arrivals, but they are still required at land border crossings. If you arrive in Thailand by air, you will not receive a TM6 form, and thus it is not necessary to present one when exiting Thailand at a land border. However, if you entered Thailand through a land border and are exiting at another border or an airport, immigration officials will check where you entered, and may ask for your TM6 if applicable.
You don't receive a TM6 if you arrive at an airport, but you do receive a TM6 if you arrive at a land border.
When you go to leave Thailand (regardless of if it's a land border or an airport) they will look to see where you entered. If you entered at an airport they will not ask you for TM6. If you entered at a land border they will ask you for your TM6. Even if you exit at an airport but you entered at a land border, they know you received a TM6 and will ask you for it.
