Do I need to fill out a separate form for my new address when applying for a visa extension in Bangkok?

I'm going to CheangWattana for a Visa Extension today.

My current address is different than the address I gave upon entry 30days ago. Do I need to fill out a separate form or just list the new address on my extension form? Previously I've had this same scenario while in Chiang Mai and was allowed to just write it on the extension. Is BKK different?

When applying for a visa extension in Bangkok, you do not need to fill out a separate form for your new address. It is acceptable to simply write the complete new address on the TM.7 application form.

they have no idea what you put on that TM.6 arrival card. Just put down the complete address you're staying at now on the TM.7 application form.
