90 days report question. We are due for the next report on th 15/12 on the same day we are leaving the country so we will be stamped out on the 15/12 (returning in jan) do we need to do the 90 days report or we can skip this one based on exit date and do the next 90 days after our return?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you leave Thailand on the same day your 90-day report is due, you do not need to file the report. You will be required to complete the report 90 days after your return to Thailand.

You must file your 90 day report if you are in Thailand for longer then 90 days. If you leave on the date the report is due, you do not need to file it. Your next 90 day report will be submitted 90 days after you arrive back in Thailand.
