Hello everyone, I have a question about the dtv visa with muay thai. I want to train at a few different gyms/places to see which is a best fit. I would rather not commit to a 6 or 9 month program without checking out the gym first. Is it ok to pay for a program and end up attending another gym instead or will attendance be enforced. I am genuinely coming to train muay thai seriously and am not just looking to scam the system. Thanks in advance

Do it on a tourist visa, make sure to take pictures and document your tranining for a stronger dtv application later

The immigration is now checking DTV compliance so you need to commit or enter on a TR visa or visa exempt.

Attendance is not monitored but if you are paying for it and want to train it's not worth wasting it. Nothing stopping you using them and then training elsewhere also, that's what I do.
