Hi. I arrived in Thailand on February 1st (88 days ago). I’m leaving this Sunday May 3rd which will be 91 days. Do I need to do a 90 day report before I leave or I’m ok just leaving at 91? The online system never works for me so I want to check if I need a trip to Changwatthana tomorrow to file. Thank you.
Answer summary
The individual, who is currently in Thailand on a Non-B visa and has stayed for 91 days, questioned whether they need to file a 90-day report before leaving. Responses indicate that while technically required to report due to being on a visa requiring such a report, the individual may leave without immediate penalty. It's highlighted that failure to report could incur a fine in future immigration dealings, and the grace period allows for reporting but does not eliminate the obligation.

Thanks for all the replies. I’m on a Non B with multiple entry and I just renewed it mid April.
if you just renewed your visa, check your 90 day report, quite often the immigration officer will extend it from when you renew your visa. Sometimes they point it out to you sometimes they don't.
if that's the case, then you should by rights report.
As people pointed out correctly just because the "window to report" is from 2 weeks before the due date until 1 week after the due date that does not mean if you leave during that "one week after" you aren't obligated to report because if you stay 90 days in country on a visa/extension that requires reporting you should report.
sounds like he may be on a retirement type visa.. if so, should be fine leaving day 91 as you have 7 days grace period to file 90 day report after it becomes due.
I assumed the retirement visa because he said he had issues with the 90 day reporting before.
, "Grace period" doesn't mean to adjust "90th date". The grace period is for reporting that you are in Thailand on the 90th day consecutively. You are due to do a 90-day report once you are in Thailand on the 90th day, regardless of your being in the grace period.
As a rule, you are supposed to do a 90-day report as you are in Thailand on the 90th day. You will not have an issue just leaving on that day.
But the rule says you will be fined 2000 baht for not doing a 90-day report. It will be hit or miss whether the officer catches your not-reporting this time when you have to do any application at the immigration office next time. If they find, you will have to pay a 2000 baht fine before they proceed with your application.
