Hi guys I heard that Non B visas are not given to South Africans in Malaysia.they said that South Africans need to be a resident in Malaysia.how true is this?

there are no alternatives to being a S/A and applying at Penang other than going to another consulate :O

There are reports that S/A passport holders can get visas from Kota Bharu.
