Hi guys I heard that Non B visas are not given to South Africans in Malaysia.they said that South Africans need to be a resident in Malaysia.how true is this?

Cannot at KL Penang. One report here just a while ago SA could get one at Kota Bharu.

there are no alternatives to being a S/A and applying at Penang other than going to another consulate :O

He is an agent in Penang BUT he's not gonna be able to get S/A passport holders a visa from the Penang consulate.
