I did my change of address at Surin personally. My 90-day is due 1st November. Does that need to be done in person?

TLDR : Answer Summary
You do not need to do your 90-day report in person; anyone can submit it on your behalf provided they have a completed and signed TM47 form and your passport. However, some users suggest attempting it online first, but if that fails, you can visit the office in Surin or inquire if they accept 90-day reports by mail.

90 days does not need to be done in person. Anyone can do it for you. You’d need a completed and signed TM47 plus your passport to allow someone else to file it.
My opinion: You're out of nothing trying to do it online. If it gets rejected, do it at the office in Surin in person. If you live far from the immigration office, talk to them and see if they accept 90 day reports by mail.
