To clarify, we need to file TM47 (myself) online and also Tm30 - by landlord and then we print them out and go to immigration office for first 90 day report, right ? And do we need to bring cash money? My friend said they asked for 1900 baht. Please advise, thanks
Answer summary
To complete your 90-day report in Thailand, you need to file the TM47 (yourself) online, while your landlord will handle the TM30. After completing these forms, print them and take them to the immigration office. It's important to note that the 90-day reporting is free and there's no need to submit anything online. Ensure to bring your completed TM47 and the TM30 receipt for the immigration staff. You do not need to bring cash unless you are making a late report, which incurs a fee of 1900 baht. Also, have your hotel receipt, lease, or housebook ready, as not all immigration offices accept printed TM30 forms.

90 Day reporting is free. You submit nothing online. Take your completed TM47 and TM30 receipt to Immigration.

1900thb is for late report. Bring your hotel receipt or lease or housebook, not every immigration office approve printed tm30 (jomtien)
