TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM47 form needed for the 90-day report in Thailand is available at local immigration offices, where you can fill it out in person. Though some discussion suggests the form can be downloaded, many users recommend obtaining it at the immigration office as it is easier and quicker. You can also check the official immigration website for forms, but for the first report after entering Thailand, in-person submission is required.

first report after entering Thailand everytime needs to be done in person at the local immigration office. Subsequent reports can be done online. However, if you leave Thailand and enter again then you need to go to immigration again to do the report in person.

Tawan2026 Don’t need to go in person to immigration office. Can report by post if you wish.

They will give it to you at Immigration when you show that you have all the documents you need for your 90 day report. It's a simple form you can fill out there when you get it.

Everywhere I have completed the 90 Day I get the form before showing immigration anything. Why wait in a queue twice? Each office has all forms needed out in the open to use.

In my experience, you don't have to wait in the line to get the forms. You can just go in, grab the forms, fill them out, and then get in line.

definitely a good idea if you can! I just wanted OP to know that they didn't have to. I could have been more clear.

The form is downloadable too but I have never bothered. In person I have only done the report in Jomtien and Chiang Mai. They are both very easy and quick.
