What should I do if my 90-day report status is pending online in Thailand?

Greetings.

Doing 90days report online for the first time (always done it at the immigration office before) the status of TM47 is PENDING. So the question is, do I wait and see if report will be approved by email, or need to call immigration now? What is usually the next step?

Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When you submit your 90-day report online in Thailand and the status shows as 'PENDING,' it is generally recommended to wait for a day or two for the approval email. You can check your status again using the TM# from your pending receipt or your personal data in the system. Sometimes the approval may take longer than usual, as noted by others who experienced delays but eventually received their approval.

I reported online on December the 15th, for one due on the 16th. In the past, approval took at most a day. However, this time it was still pending at 10:00 am today, so I went to MTT to report. When I arrived home, I discovered a 10:24 am approval email. It's taking longer now, but in my case, it still happened.

You have to wait maybe like a day or two and try to log in again to see the status of your 90 days report and dont forget to check your e-mail too.

you wait for them to send an email OR you go back into the system and use the TM# that they put on the pending receipt OR your personal data and check the status

Usually takes a day or two but some are taking longer.
