Do I need to do a 90-day reporting if I exit Thailand every 90 days on a long-term visa?

Hi everyone:

If I receive the visa and for the future 5 years I always exit the country within 90 days, is it correct to assume that I will never have to do a 90 days reporting nor pay any other fee until the end of the 5 year visa.

I assume that at any entry I will be granted 180 days till end of visa terms.

I travel regularly out of the country on a monthly base, so I would like to understand this better, thank you to anyone who can clarify

TLDR : Answer Summary
According to the community responses, if you exit Thailand every 90 days, you will not need to report your stay to immigration, as the reporting requirement only applies if you remain in the country for 90 consecutive days. Additionally, a TM30 form must be filed by your landlord if you take up residence, but this is not your responsibility.

The only other item, which isn't actually your responsibility, but that of the landlord homeowner etc, is to make sure a TM30 is filed when you take up residence.

If you are in the country for 90 consecutive days, you are required to report that fact to immigration (a 90 day report, which is free)

If you are not, you are not.

You only need to report if you stay in Thailand for 90 consecutive days.
