I entered Thailand on April 5 with Tourist Visa and changed the Edu Visa on 13 June.
My question is , my 90 days report date is started from new Edu visa date or my tourist visa entry date ?
Last time I went to immigration for edu visa change , they don’t say and give anything about like this.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting period for your Edu Visa starts from the date you received the Edu Visa on June 13, not from your initial entry in Thailand on April 5. This is supported by comments from other users who state that the 90-day period is based on the current visa status.

5th April... I got this on my visa before, visa and 90 days not on pair, and it was like two months off, I asked them why I have to make 90 days after 30 days off renew my visa. Answer 90 days report count separate.
The 90 days should start from the day you get your first ED extension based on the visa. So if you just switched to the ED visa on 13 June, when you go back to immigration in September for your first extension they should put this paper in your passport.
