Good morning, Tod Daniels.

I have spoken to the person you referred regarding visa runs to Cambodia.

They told me I need to cancel my Non-O VISA first before exiting Thailand.

My Non-O visa expires on the 20th November and I plan to travel to Cambodia on the day my visa expires.

Do I still need to cancel My Non-O even though I will be leaving Thailand on the day it expires?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring if they need to cancel their Non-O visa before leaving Thailand, as they plan to travel to Cambodia on the same day their visa expires. Comments suggest that cancellation may not be necessary before departure, as long as the visa holder is leaving on the expiration date.

And as we now know that the O/P is still on the original 90 day entry from the Non-O visa, they do NOT need to cancel it before they leave the country.

They can just go stamp out..

What is it what you call a Non O visa? I guess you have a big stamp in your passport with in the second line the text Extension of Stay permitted up to ../../.. And you have to cancel this stamp before you leave the country at your local Immigration Office

Than you can just leave the country and do not have to cancel this.

if you're still on the first 90 days you got on entry into Thailand, these period of stay will be cancelled when you leave Thailand.

My visa is just a 3 month visa. It was never extended. I dont have an extension date on it. It has an expiry date.
