Do i have to go to immigration for extension of my 1 year multiple ED Visum which says enter before 14 March 2018 if I got my last stamp yesterday at the airport which allows me to stay 90days more until 7th of June when I leave the country on the 8th of June 2018 anyway. I am confused.

nope, you're fine, you can leave on your scheduled date without a problem. It's not the visa "enter before" date that lets you be here, it's the "admitted until" stamp you have dated the 7th of June that does.

you either take documentation from where you're studying to get an extension before your 8th of June stamp expires or you go and get a new visa.
