TLDR : Answer Summary
The necessity of a visa for returning to Thailand after spending 3 months in the country depends on the individual's nationality and previous entry history. Nationals from countries with visa exemptions might not need a visa, whereas those with multiple prior entries may have different requirements.

That will depend on your nationality and previous entry history. Without that information no one can give an accurate answer.

If you’re from a country that allows for visa exempt then you probably won’t. If you’ve had copious previous entries prior to this year then you may well.

Then you probably don’t need a visa to enter again, but as it’s up to the individual officer you hand your passport to it’s impossible to say if you’ll have any issues.
