Hi guys.

One question, is not my situation in this moment, but i want to know for to be prepared if some time i have this problem.

If IO in Suvarnabhumi danied entry with METV tourist Visa six months, i know can try with land border from different country ( for exemple from Laos ).

I need to know , for to make this, can i use the same Visa that IO danied me, or i need to make a new visa ?

If i need to make a new METV Visa, i need to come back in my country ( Italy ), or where ?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are denied entry into Thailand with a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV) at Suvarnabhumi Airport, your visa remains valid, and you can use it to enter Thailand from a land border after departing to a neighboring country. You do not need to apply for a new visa or return to your home country to do this.

When you get a denial of entry with a valid visa in your passport, they don't cancel the visa (they can't because they didn't let you IN to the country).

You can enter the country by land on that visa without a problem.

Most likely they will not put a denied entrance stamp in your passport they will just detain you then make you fly out...at that time purchase a ticket to a neighboring country then take a land entrance into Thailand....FYI if your passport is on the approved list you can get the 6 month METV in Perth Australia

Sorry, on this you're 100% wrong. It's the carrier you flew in on and they totally CAN dictate where you go if you're denied entry.

Some won't even touch you with a denial of entry and make you take a "flag carrier" from the country your passport is from when they send you back. That's because flag carriers can't deny passport holders of that country travel when you were denied entry to a country.

im going to have to disagree with you on the point of a private corporation dicatatin where i have to travel to. that turns into a Trafficking in Persons [TIPS] violation with lawsuits. any corporation can only advise and assist but can not Dictate where a person goes against their Free will...

Okay, it is totally the air carrier that controls WHERE you go when you're denied entry. The immigration officers don't care in the least.

Some carriers let you go anywhere they fly that you don't need a visa or can get a visa on arrival. Some will make you go back to where you just flew in from and some will make you go back to country of passport origin.

the most likely stamp they will put in the passport this does indeed happen is the "Did not have enough funds [20,000THB]" which does not interfere with your entrance from another location...
