I am going to Thailand for 1 week thereafter 2 weeks in Cambodia and finally 2 weeks in Thailand. Is the 30 days tourist visa sufficient, as I am stayimg less than 30 dys in Thailand?

Read previous comment from Brandon If you qualify for visa exempt then you have 30 days each time you enter. If you nationality is such that you need a visa then you are correct

There's no such thing as a 30 day tourist visa. If you are from a country that qualifies for visa exempt then you'll receive permission to stay in Thailand for 30 days each time you enter. So you'll get 30 days when you first enter Thailand and then you'll get another 30 days when you enter after Cambodia. Just beware that you can only enter from a land border 2 times per year without a visa. So if you were in Thailand earlier this year and used up your 2 land entries without a visa already, you would have to fly into Thailand. If you'll be entering in 2024 then that part is irrelevant to you.
