TLDR : Answer Summary
A multi-reentry stamp in Thailand expires on the same date as your current visa stamp. If you are on a marriage-based Non-O visa and receive an under-consideration stamp while renewing, the reentry permit matches the expiration of the current visa or can be extended for an additional month during the renewal process.

It’s when the Non-o based on marriage ends. If you get an ‘under consideration’ stamp while you are renewing. You can get another re-entry (either single or multi) to cover you for the extra 1 month that is takes to get your new visa issued.

The re-entry permit has the same expiry as your current stamp. It wouldn't be going to be longer than your stamp. If you are on an under-consideration stamp, your re-entry has the same date as it. If you got a 1-year extension after u/c, the re-entry permit expiry is the same as your extension.
