Is there anyone get the DTV VISA from Thai language school ? Should get the soft document from school if extend the VISA in Thailand ? Or if you out of Thailand and re-entry, still prepare the new soft document and bank statement ?

There are very, very few reports of Thai language being accepted for DTV. Most embassies will not accept it, and tell you to get an ED visa if you want to study Thai language.
