If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re within the proper timeframe, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.

Remember everyone that does a 90 day report online, that b/s page you can print that says approved in green at the top is WORTHLESS.

It is not what you need to have to show you did a 90 day report AND it does not show you when your next 90 day report is due either

You want "The Next Appointment (PRINT)" choice, that prints the exact same receipt you get when you do a 90 day report in person or by mail and has your next due date on the bottom left too..

Got it this morning. Thanks. I actually liked going to CW once in a while but it is nice knowing I have the online option as well.

Just so you're clear

, they moved the 90 day reporting from Chaengwattana to the Muang Thong Thani location ;)

Yes. That is why I did it online this time. Maybe they will change it back after September. In any case I get to go back to CW in October/November for my 1 year extension.

Thank you. I will do that.

I did mine online yesterday (on a Mac). I was going to wait a couple of days for approval but seeing you post I check and got approval also.

I have a pdf with a green "approved" on the top of it. I assume that this is my receipt.

no go back to the site, it has three things you can click on. The one in the middle you click to see your status. Click that and at the bottom click and you will get your new reporting date.
Tod *********
that is NOT your receipt. You need to go back in and select this choice

Does not work for everyone by default, you have to calculate the days to be able to report online....
