Hi. Are there any people here that have been declined a COVID extension on a VISA that still allows extensions?

So I know not to go to that immigration 😅

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about experiences with declining COVID-19 extensions for visas that typically allow for extensions, seeking advice on which immigration office to avoid. A comment suggested that extensions should be processed at the office where the TM30 is filed, and mentioned the possibility of using another office if arrangements can be made.

You go to the office where your TM30 is filed. Granted you can go to another office if you can get someone to file a TM30 in that province (hotel, landlord etc). Perhaps you’d be better stating the office you intend to use and see if others have experience of that one.

CM, if a regular extension is avaliable that's what you'll get.
