Can you apply for a DTV visa using a Thai company registration as a director/shareholder?

Has anyone applied DTV using Thai Company Registration where you are a director/shareholder of that company?

I am aware that DTV is not a substitute for Non-B visa or a Work Permit.

With the DTV you can not work in Thailand. Being a director of a company in Thailand would mean you are working in Thailand which is not legal.

Not likely to get the DTV Visa. It's for those who are legitimate digital nomads providing goods and services to clients outside of Thailand.

With the DTV you will not be able to use a Thai legal entity. If you do any work for the inside Thailand, even if the contract was outside, you need a B and a WP
