TLDR : Answer Summary
The eligibility for the DTV visa may not require formal company registration as long as you have an employment contract that allows remote work. It's advisable to check with the specific embassy for their requirements, as policies can vary. Ensure that your contract clearly states your ability to work remotely from Thailand.

Don't know what's GST or other things you mention, but the contract should mention you're allowed to work remotely and from either abroad (in general) or in Thailand specifically.

You should contact the embassy you apply from for confirmation. Each embassy differs. Many do not require company registration as an employee.
