What are the DTV eligibility requirements for employees working under a local firm without company registration in Thailand?

can anyone tell me about dtv eligiblity , i am currently employed under a local firm which has only gst registration , it is not a company , but my employer has provided me employee contract , and i get paid monthly and have monthly slips also , just wanna ask if i apply will they ask me for proper company registration ? because i can provide only gst registration because in india local bussiness owner are provided that only
