Can my daughter switch from a tourist visa to a Non-O visa while in Thailand?

I would like to ask about the Non O visa... I have a valid work permit and visa until Feb 28,2020..
My daughter is here on tour and her tourist visa expires on September 3,2019.. Is there a possibility for her to get a Non O type?

If she wishes to stay longer until your visa expires she will need to go to an overseas embassy and get a tourist visa

Yes. A non imm O dependent visa. But it will only be valid for the length of your visa.

.Another tourist visa after this one expires. She can get a 30 day extension on the one she has now but it wont cover the dates you mentioned.
