PTPA...

I would like to ask about the Non O visa... I have a valid work permit and visa until Feb 28,2020..

My daughter is here on tour and her tourist visa expires on September 3,2019.. Is there a possibility for her to get a Non O type?

Thank you!!!!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non O visa is an option for dependents like your daughter. However, it will only be valid until your current work visa expires. Additionally, if she wishes to stay longer without moving to Non O, she can extend her tourist visa by 30 days within Thailand or apply for a new tourist visa at an overseas embassy.

Another 30 days can extend in country.

If she wishes to stay longer until your visa expires she will need to go to an overseas embassy and get a tourist visa

. Depends where in thailand you are. The nearest to you. If you're in Bangkok, she goes to Changwattana imm office

thanks for the info... Means she just needs to go to the immigration department for extension? Any immigration office at that?
Steven ***************
Extension no, wont need to. Another new tourist visa yes.

does she need to exit to other country in order to get a 30 day extension?

.

Another tourist visa after this one expires. She can get a 30 day extension on the one she has now but it wont cover the dates you mentioned.
