Hi there, my daughter has for many years been on a dependent Visa with my husbands retirement Visa (Non O). We were told that she can not do another extension in June as she will turn 20 in August.
Before we had the information that it was possible as she is not yet 20 when the Visa expires in June.
Does anyone have experience with this
Thanks
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquires about extending their daughter's dependent visa under their husband's Non-O retirement visa as she approaches her 20th birthday. The community provides insight that visa extensions for dependents generally last until the age of 20, suggesting that while an extension may be possible, it could become invalid after her birthday in August, highlighting the need for alternative visa options.
