Hi i am sorry if the question have been asked, I tried find old post see some post similar to our case but i still need to get confirm for some point wanted to ask more but comment already closed here my question; my husband is Australian hold non - o visa (Thai-wife) multiple entry, we run in/out every 90 days, his last stamp will hv to leave Thailand on Apr 20, visa expired August 2020, as we all know from Covid-19, many borders are closed, and the conditions of the new requirement when returns to Thailand, he doesnt want to go back to Australia because of family issue , so can we extend the visa at immigration office in Thailand another 30/60 days? Without leaving Thailand and bank prove 400k THB. If can will it impact to the current visa that not expire yet?
Appreciated for your kindly advise.
(Ps: I am Thai try call immigration but hardly reach them)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring if her husband, who holds a Non-O visa (Thai spouse) and must leave Thailand by April 20, can extend his visa by applying at the immigration office without leaving the country, despite his visa being expired since August 2020. It is confirmed that he can apply for a 60-day extension at the immigration office, which must be done before the expiration date of his current visa.

Okay, first off he's got another MONTH before he has to bounce out and get a new 90 day stamp so you have time.
You can apply for a 60 day visit thai family extension at the immigration office in your area. GO to the immigration office and get the hand out that lists the requirements a few weeks BEFORE you need to get the extension. It will cost 1900baht and they will add the 60 days to your husbands current expiration date.
thank you very much 🙏sorry so this is mean for extension of stay nothing impacted to mutiple entry visa that he has now which not yet expire, supposed after 60 days extension then he leaves bkk and come back in bkk can he uses the same visa and no need to get/apply the new visa am i correct?
